During the meeting, the Board of Directors of the District may vote to meet in executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 A.3. for discussion and consultation with the attorney or attorneys for the District for the purpose of receiving legal advice with respect to one or more of the matters on the agenda, or, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 A.1 for discussion of personnel matters.
A copy of the agenda of the matters to be discussed or decided at the meeting will be available no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
